K-water has successfully established the world's first AI-based future-oriented smart water treatment plant. Unlike traditional water treatment plants operated by human analysis and judgment, the newly built smart water treatment plant at Hwaseong is the first of its kind globally. In the future, K-water plans to deploy similar smart plants across 43 locations, divided into 4 major regions.
